  • We are WiseRise Borowa Dudkiewicz spółka jawna and this document (the Privacy Policy) is intended to inform you about which data we process in connection with the operation of our website, www.wiserise.pl (the “Website”), and the distribution of our newsletter for which you can sign up here: (Newsletter).

  • We process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119 of 2016, p. 1). In the rest of this Policy, we will use the shorter name: GDPR.

Which data we process and on what basis?

  • In order to make sure that the Website functions properly and for analytical purposes, we will store cookies in your browser. Cookies allow for identifying your browser or your device. Some of the information contained in cookies may be linked to a specific person, which means that cookies may be classified as files that contain personal data, as defined in the GDPR. The basis of processing is your consent, which may be expressed via the settings of your device/browser (for the inquisitive ones: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).   • If you sign up for the newsletter, we will process your first and last name and your e-mail address. In such a case, the basis of processing will be your consent (for the inquisitive ones: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

  • If you contact us via our contact form, we will process your first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, and the other data you provide in the contact form available on the Website. In such a case, the basis of processing will be your consent (for the inquisitive ones: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

  • We can also process your data in connection with the communication initiated by you otherwise than through the contact form. For this purpose, we use the contact data provided by you (usually your e-mail address and phone number) in order to communicate with you. In such a case, the basis of processing is our legitimate interest consisting in contacting our readers—after all, it’s impolite not to answer questions (for the inquisitive ones: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Providing data is not an obligation of yours (statutory or contractual), but without it, we will not be able to achieve the above goals.

Your personal data may be processed in an automated or partially automated manner, but no decisions that produce legal effects for you or otherwise affect you in a material way will be made solely on the basis of such processing (including profiling).

Data will not be shared with third parties or transferred to third countries or international organizations.

How long we retain your data for?

  • With respect to the newsletter: for as long as we have your consent.

  • With respect to the data provided in the contact form: for as long as we have your consent.

  • With respect to the data used for correspondence: until the end of that correspondence or until you ask us to stop.

Your rights

The detailed scope of your rights is described in Chapter III of the GDPR—“Rights of the data subject.”  However, our lawyer asked us to remind you that at any time, you can:

demand access to your data,

  • demand for your data to be rectified,
  • demand that your personal data is erased (except for the cases expressly listed in the GDPR),
  • demand that the processing of your data is restricted,
  • object to the processing of your data if processing takes place under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
  • demand that your data is transferred if processing takes place under Article 6(1)(f) or Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR in an automated manner,
  • file a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office,
